At HCL Software we Develop, Market, Sell and Support over 20 Product families in the areas of Customer Experience, Digital Solutions, Secure DevOps, Security & Automation.SDET + DevOps Engineer (Performance Lab Automation)Role: Senior SDET / DevOps Engineer – Performance Lab Experience: 6–10 years Division: HCL Software (AppScan Product Team)About the Role: Looking for a hands-on SDET / DevOps Engineer to build and automate the performance test lab for HCL AppScan Enterprise. You’ll design and execute load tests, automate environment setup, integrate tests into CI/CD, and analyse performance results.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain test automation frameworks; integrate with Jenkins / GitLab CI.Automate setup, patching, and provisioning of Liberty + IIS + DB environments.Run load, stress, and scalability tests using JMeter / k6 / Gatling.Capture metrics, logs, and traces to detect and debug regressions.Collaborate with Dev & QA on performance fixes and pipelines.Required Skills:6–10 yrs in Automation / SDET / DevOps roles.Strong scripting (PowerShell, Python or Bash).CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).Exposure to Liberty / IIS / SQL DB setups and containerized apps.Knowledge of load testing tools and basic observability (Grafana, ELK, etc.).Why Join: Blend of Automation + DevOps + Performance in a global enterprise product team.
