Combine that with our drive to propel with purpose and you have the perfect playground to collaborate, innovate, grow, and make an impact that matters.About the RoleAs a Manager in our T&T Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage team(s) of data scientists and analysts, providing guidance and delivering projects across ML / NLP / Gen-AI.Drive strategic initiatives and innovation in AI across these focused industries: BFSI, Retail, Telecom, Manufacturing, Automotive, FMCG, Healthcare, Pharma, etc.Collaborate with senior leadership and drive client engagements to align with business goals and objectives.Design and review solutions on (not limited to) time series forecasting, regression/classification modelling, clustering techniques, Gen AI, etc.Manage and optimize cloud-based analytics platforms (Azure, GCP, or AWS) for AI and Gen AI related projects.Maintain a strong understanding of end-to-end project lifecycle.Present findings and insights to stakeholders through excellent oral and written communication skills.Contribute to RFPs, Assets, other internal/external initiatives. Qualifications7+ years of relevant experience in Data Science (Statistics/AI/ML) and Gen AI, with a proven track record of leading and managing teams.Excellent presentation and communication skills (oral and written).Deep expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and deep learning.Strong knowledge of analytical models such as marketing mix models, pricing and promotion optimization, customer value management, next best recommendation, segmentation, sales spend optimization, and demand forecasting.Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms (Azure, GCP, or AWS).Ability to drive strategic initiatives and align AI approach with business objectives.Proven ability to evaluate and implement advanced techniques to enhance client value.
