Freelance Agentic AI Engineer

Our 750+ strong engineering team delivers high-impact solutions across Product and Data Engineering, with deep expertise in Agentic AI, GenAI, RPA, and Full-stack development.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop agentic AI systems capable of reasoning, planning, memory management, and tool usageBuild single-agent and multi-agent workflows using modern agent frameworksImplement task decomposition, goal planning, reflection, and self-improvement loopsIntegrate LLMs with external tools, APIs, databases, and enterprise systemsDevelop and manage long-term and short-term memory architectures for agentsEnsure robustness, observability, safety, and cost optimization of AI agentsCollaborate with product, backend, and data teams to deploy AI solutions at scaleEvaluate and improve agent performance using structured testing and feedback loopsRequired Skills & Experience5+ years of experience in software engineering / ML / AI developmentStrong hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source models)Practical experience building agentic systems (e.g., AutoGen, LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or similar)Solid understanding of:Tool calling & function executionPlanning vs reactive agentsMulti-agent coordination & role-based agentsPrompt engineering & prompt chainingProficiency in Python (mandatory); familiarity with TypeScript/Node.js is a plusExperience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma, etc.)Strong API design and integration skillsEngagement DetailsCommitment: ~35 hours per week with predictable workload and clear deliverablesWork Model: 100% remote engagement from our sideCompensation: Monthly payouts with a transparent pay cycleTenure: Long-term engagement for high performers; continuity and stability assuredEligibility: Open only to professionals currently working in a full-time remote role (validated during screening)Growth: Opportunity to work on complex, high-impact products alongside senior engineering leadership
