Job Title: Technical Support Engineer – L2 MES (Manufacturing Execution System) Location: Ponda, Goa Experience Required: 3+ yearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob Overview:Should have experience in Pharma Compnay - Mandatory1.          To Manage & Maintain all Plant Systems (PC), Laptops, & Printers.2.          To manage the user management role in all plant applications/Instruments.3.          To manage and maintain MES (Manufacturing Execution System) & L2 servers.4.          Maintain and manage the System Administrator role in Quality Control & other application software.5.          To take backup of files as per the Standard Operating Procedure.6.          To check the Plant Telephone EPABX System, Access control & CCTV system.7.          Attending to basic problems of Hardware & software.8.          Scanning & Updating of Antivirus on Servers, PC‘s, Laptops.9.          To maintain IT documents & backup records.10.        To manage & maintain the Plant Network, switches, etc..11.        To maintain an activity-based employee matrix of the department.12.        To clean monitors, CPU, keyboards, mouse, Laptops & printers as per the scheduled activity.13.        Any other task assigned by the HOD as per competency.14.        To provide IT support for production, engineering, and manufacturing-related systems.15.        Adhere to department policies and procedures.16.        To maintain time synchronization in different systems.17.        Maintaining User management and GxP Related activities
