Deputy Director – AdmissionDBS Global University is seeking an experienced and strategic Deputy Director – Admissions. The candidate is responsible for planning, managing, and executing the university’s admissions strategy to meet student enrollment targets across programs. The Deputy Director will lead the admissions team, build strong outreach networks, and ensure a smooth, transparent admissions process for prospective students.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the strategic planning and execution of university admission initiatives to achieve annual and long-term enrollment goals. Develop and implement regional and national student recruitment strategies to expand the university’s reach. Conducting outreach activities across Western UP and Uttarakhand during the lean period.Manage and mentor admissions managers, counsellors, and regional recruitment teams. Build and strengthen relationships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and education partners to drive student pipelines. Collaborate with the marketing and branding teams to design effective admission campaigns and digital outreach strategies. Monitor admission performance metrics, conversion ratios, and market trends to optimise recruitment strategies. Represent the university at education fairs, conferences, and strategic academic partnerships. Eligibility CriteriaMaster’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education Management, or a related discipline. 10–12 years of experience in admissions, student recruitment, or business development within the higher education sector. At least 5+ years in a leadership role managing admission teams and enrollment strategies. Salary: 15 - 25 LPA
