About Your Role We are looking for a Sales Operations & MIS Intern to join our Sales & Business Operations team. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain sales data, dashboards, and MIS reports to ensure accurate and timely tracking of performance Analyze sales data and generate insights to support decision-making for sales and leadership teams Coordinate with sales and tech teams to streamline backend operations and improve workflow efficiency Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales metrics, pipeline status, and performance trends Track key sales activities, tasks, and deliverables to ensure timely execution and follow-ups Support CRM management by updating records, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining hygiene Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency Assist in creating presentations, reports, and documentation for internal stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data, reporting needs, and operational prioritiesD. Required Qualifications & Experience Education Pursuing or recently completed aBachelor’s or Master’sin Business Administration, Operations, Finance, Analytics, or related fields Experience 0–1 year of experience (internships/projects) in sales operations, MIS, business operations, or analytics Exposure to working with data, reports, or dashboards is a plus Essential technical skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data handling) Understanding of MIS reporting and data analysis Experience with reporting and dashboard tools such as Google Data Studio (Looker Studio), Power BI, or Tableau Good understanding of data organization and accuracy principlesE. Job Details Title : Intern Annual Compensation:INR10,000/- per month Work Schedule : Office Nature : Full time Internship Shift : 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST / 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST Location : Dehradun, Uttarakhand
