About the Team- The Corporate Relations team is responsible for sourcing and enabling suitable job opportunities for Sunstone students. - The team operates on a regional structure, with members based across different locations. Each region is divided into clusters, and each cluster comprises multiple campuses.About the Role- Contribute to and execute the annual operating plan targets across the assigned cluster and its campuses. - Ensure successful placement of students across programs and campuses in line with annual operating plan targets within the cluster. - Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the Corporate Relations team across campuses within the cluster. - Proactively identify and resolve team-related and operational challenges to ensure smooth and efficient operations. - Establish and maintain best practices in placement operations and build systems to enable data-driven decision-making within the cluster. - Lead and drive corporate relations initiatives to support growth across the cluster and the broader region. - Ensure consistent recruitment engagement from NSE Top 500 companies at Sunstone.
