US Mortgage Operations Specialist

(Underwriting / Processing / Closing / Post-Closing)Location:Dehradun, Uttarakhand (Onsite only)This is a full-time, in-office role. Remote or hybrid work is not available.Experience Required:2+ years of hands-on US residential mortgage experience (role-dependent)Job SummaryWe are hiring experienced US Mortgage professionals to support the complete loan lifecycle. Candidates must have direct experience in Underwriting, Processing, Closing, or Post-Closing and a strong working knowledge of US mortgage guidelines, documentation, and compliance standards.Key Responsibilities(Based on assigned role)Underwriting- Analyze loan files for credit, income, assets, and collateral - Apply agency and investor guidelines (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, USDA) - Issue conditions and underwriting decisionsProcessing- Collect and review borrower documentation - Order and track third-party services (appraisal, title, VOE, VOI) - Clear conditions and prepare files for underwritingClosing- Prepare and review Closing Disclosures (CD) - Coordinate with title companies and internal teams - Ensure TRID and investor compliance prior to fundingPost-Closing- Review closed loan packages for accuracy and completeness - Clear post-closing conditions - Prepare files for investor deliveryRequired Qualifications- Minimum 3 years of US Mortgage Operations experience - Strong understanding of US mortgage guidelines and documentation - Experience with LOS systems (Calyx Path preferred) - High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines - Strong communication and organizational skillsPreferred Qualifications- Experience with Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans - Exposure to investor delivery or quality control - Experience working in high-volume environmentsWhat We Offer- Competitive compensation - Stable, long-term opportunity - Growth within US mortgage operations - Professional onsite work environment in DehradunHow to ApplyPlease share your resume along with:- Total US mortgage experience - Area of expertise (Underwriting / Processing / Closing / Post-Closing) - LOS systems used
