We are currently seeking a Program Co-ordinator based in India, which is one of our key geographies, but working with our global team spread across Europe, Asia-Pacific, North America, Africa, and the Middle East. This role will report directly to the CEO, based in Mumbai, with a dotted line reporting to the global management team.Your profileResponsibilitiesServe as a key point of contact between the company and various internal stakeholders (global leadership) and external stakeholders (clients, suppliers, regulators, PR agencies, etc.)Support the CEO in building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholdersProvide key logistics support to our Chief Executive Officer and the glmanagement team of EcoGuardCoordinate project meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and document meeting minutes and action itemsAssist in business development and project planning activities - prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as neededSupport the team in monitoring progress and follow upLiaise with various functions like Legal, Marketing, Accounting, Human Resources, and external authorites for compliance and operational mattersHandle sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.Requirements and qualificationsA minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, from a reputed business school (MBA preferred, but not a must-have), or an equivalent and relevant professional degree from a reputed institutionAt least 10 years of experience in a hands-on line function, and/or in a similar role (workng directly with C-suite) Deep understanding of business operations and office management proceduresExcellent organizational and multitasking skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities – this is a must-haveHigh proficiency in MS Excel and PowerpointStrong command in English (both written and spoken) is essential for this roleFlexible about working across timezonesSome pior exposure to the ESG space is a good-to-have, but not mandatorySkills and Attributes:Proactive, self-motivated, resourceful, and solution-orientedAbility to juggle multiple priorities in a high-pressure environmentHigh level of integrity and ability to handle confidential informationKeen attention to detail and commitment to accuracyStrong relationship-building skillsAdaptability to the dynamic needs of a fast-growing ecosystemWhat we offerA unique opportunity to be a part of an exciting new global business sponsored by the world’s leading DLT ecosystemSignificant career growth potential in one of the world’s fastest growing business sectorsWorking with colleagues and on clients and projects across the globeOpen and direct communication, flat structuresFlexible working hoursCompetitive salary package
