Solar Project Manager/ EPC Consultant (Project/Contract Basis)

We are looking to engage an experienced Solar Project Manager / EPC Execution Consultant to support upcoming commercial & industrial rooftop solar projects (50–500 kW) in North India. The role is suited for professionals with prior experience managing rooftop solar installations, particularly under RESCO / TPO / third-party ownership models, and who are comfortable working on a project / contract basis. Responsibilities:• Site assessment and coordination during feasibility stage • Support during system design and engineering finalisation • Coordination with EPC installers, vendors, and subcontractors • Supervision of rooftop solar installation works • Support for DISCOM approvals, net metering, and statutory processes • Monitoring of quality, safety, and project timelines • Assistance during testing, commissioning, and handover Project profile • Commercial & Industrial rooftop solar • Typical project size: 50 kW – 500 kW • Locations primarily in Dehradun Preferred experience • 4+ years in rooftop solar EPC / project execution • Experience managing C&I solar installations • Familiarity with DISCOM / net metering / HT-LT connections• Experience coordinating installers and site teams • Electrical / Mechanical / Renewable energy background preferred Engagement type• Contract / freelance / project-based • Suitable for independent consultants, EPC professionals, or project managers between roles We are a growing firm working on solar and energy optimisation projects, and are looking to build a reliable execution network for upcoming installations.
