We’re looking for a Creative Head disguised as a Designer — someone who can: Design campaign visuals, brand identities, and idea decks that grab attention. Bring their edge into the creative editing process — adding visual designs, text treatments, typography, and storytelling layers to content. Create posters, layouts, and graphics that feel campaign-ready. Coordinate with clients to decode their needs and translate them into powerful creative output. Step into a Creative Producer/Director role to bring campaigns alive across film, digital, and design. Stay ahead of global design + creative trends , always refreshing the team’s perspective. Be that person who can crack ideas in a snap — and make them look stunning. What You’ll Be Doing Visual Design & Typography → Posters, campaigns, social content, and typographic experiments. Creative Editing → Work with video editors to add creative layers — visual designs, titles, text effects, and storytelling graphics. Campaign Creation → Collaborate with strategists and copywriters to build campaign ideas end-to-end. Deck Design → Craft pitch decks that feel like campaigns in themselves. Creative Direction → Oversee projects from concept to execution as a producer/director. Client Coordination → Join client conversations and deliver aligned, impactful work. Trendspotting → Keep the team inspired with global design references, fresh edits, and innovative visuals. Who You Are A visual storyteller with 3–5 years of experience in design/advertising/creative studios. Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere) , Figma, or similar. Comfortable balancing design craft with campaign strategy . Confident in typography, poster design, and creative editing . Someone who loves mixing mediums - film, design, typography, and graphics. Obsessed with culture, aesthetics, and trends - you know what’s current and what’s next. Confident in client-facing roles - able to pitch and defend creative ideas.
