This project involves building a modernized, professional, and tech-enabled value chain that connects rural livestock clusters to premium markets.The RoleI am looking for a proactive, research-driven Executive Assistant to act as my "right hand" in Dehradun. This is a desk-oriented role with a heavy focus on coordination and strategic support. While we offer flexible timings, the role requires 2–3 days of office presence per week. Specifically, when I am traveling to Dehradun, you should be available at the office during normal working hours for seamless collaboration.Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Research: Conduct desk and field research to evaluate strategic options and develop execution plans. - Institutional Liaison: Coordinate with Universities, Research Institutions, Government bodies, NGOs, and FPOs. - Documentation & Data: Manage project reporting, data management, and follow-ups with research teams. - Operational Support: Manage schedules and general office coordination. - Communication: Handle professional emails and maintain our social media presence.Who You AreWe prioritize passion and potential over a rigid set of credentials.
