The Sr AO- Operations will be responsible for managing daily administrative operations of the school, ensuring efficient housekeeping, landscaping, horticulture, safety & security services, and will conduct routine inspections of the school infrastructure. The Sr. AO will also supervise and manage maintenance contracts, including Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and Comprehensive AMC (CAMC) and shall maintain a routine liaison with the vendors.Qualifications & ExperiencePostgraduate Degree or Bachelor’s degree in Facilities/Operations Management.Minimum 15 years of experience in Operations, Facility Management, Property Management.Strong knowledge of compliance, risk management, security, and emergency response protocols.Vendor & Budget Management expertise.Excellent Communication & Stakeholder Management Skills.Previous experience in school administration is preferredKnowledge of educational policies and procedures is a plusSalary & Perks: Salary and perks will be the best in the industry.
