With a focus on innovation, authenticity, and sustainable sourcing, we aim to create a strong presence in the Indian retail and FMCG market.Position OverviewThe Finance Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of financial management at Kiwi Kisan Window. This includes ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, audits, internal controls, and financial planning. The role demands a detail-oriented, strategic, and hands-on professional who can balance compliance with driving efficiency and business growth.Key Responsibilities:Financial Accounting & Reporting- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting. - Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with Indian GAAP and internal reporting standards. - Maintain integrity of financial data, reconciliations, and records in accounting/ERP systems. - Provide MIS, profitability analysis, and management reports to support decision-making.Statutory & Regulatory Compliance- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, TDS, and other applicable laws. - Oversee preparation and filing of statutory returns, ROC filings, and tax submissions. - Liaise with auditors, consultants, and regulators for statutory and tax matters.Taxation & Audits- Supervise direct and indirect taxation, including timely tax filings and payments. - Lead statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits, ensuring timely closure of observations. - Maintain strong internal controls in line with best practices.Financial Planning & Process Improvement- Preparing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning reports. - Drive efficiency in financial processes through automation, ERP utilization, and best practices. - Provide financial insights for business growth, cost optimization, and expansion strategies.Leadership & Team Management- Lead and mentor the finance team in overall operations. - Collaborate with business heads and cross-functional teams for smooth financial operations.Qualifications & Skills:- CA / CMA with 4–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG/Retail/Manufacturing. - Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP, taxation, and regulatory requirements. - Experience in ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar). - Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently while driving process discipline and improvements.What We Offer:- Innovative Work Environment: Be part of a team that values creativity, collaboration, and innovation. - Career Growth Opportunities: Enjoy professional development and opportunities for advancement. - Continuous Learning: Access tools, technologies, and resources to stay at the forefront of performance marketing.
