We sit at the intersection of medicine, storytelling, and digital media—and we’re looking for a Podcast Editor who can turn raw conversations into engaging, binge-worthy episodes and social clips.Key ResponsibilitiesEdit long-form podcast episodes (video + audio) for YouTube and audio platforms.Cut 10–20 short clips per episode for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and other platforms.Clean up audio (basic noise reduction, EQ, balancing levels) for clear, professional sound.Add subtitles/captions, basic graphics, and transitions (no heavy VFX required).Collaborate with the host, creative director, and thumbnail team to finalize each episode.Organize project files, maintain version control, and meet weekly publishing deadlines.QualificationsProven experience editing podcasts, talk shows, or long-form YouTube content.Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut Pro (any one is fine, more is a plus).Good understanding of storytelling, pacing, and what makes conversations “hooky” for YouTube.Ability to create clean, readable subtitles and export in multiple aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1).Basic knowledge of audio enhancement (noise reduction, compression, EQ) is required.Strong attention to detail, ability to take feedback, and consistency with deadlines.A showreel/portfolio with podcast or long-form edits + a few short-form clips is mandatory.
