Video Producer

Position OverviewThe Video Creator & Editor will own the end-to-end creation of high-quality video content across product, marketing, and communication use cases. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, product understanding, and AI-enabled content creation.You will translate scripts, concepts, and workflows into clear, engaging, and platform-ready videos that communicate TutorCloud’s value to different user groups.This is a hands-on execution role that requires both creative judgment and strong editing discipline, with the ability to leverage AI tools without compromising output quality.Key Responsibilities1. Video Creation & Editing• Convert scripts, concepts, and product narratives into polished video outputs • Edit videos for product walkthroughs, explainer content, and marketing use cases • Apply motion graphics, transitions, captions, and audio enhancements where required • Ensure clarity, pacing, and structure in all video outputs2. AI-Driven Video Production• Leverage AI tools such as Runway ML, Pika Labs, Synthesia, and Descript to accelerate production • Identify where AI enhances speed versus where manual editing is required • Continuously experiment with new tools and workflows to improve output efficiency3. Storyboarding & Visual Structuring• Translate abstract ideas into structured visual flows and storyboards • Break down complex product workflows into easy-to-understand visual narratives • Maintain consistency in tone, visual identity, and messaging across videos4. Platform Optimization & Delivery• Optimize videos for different platforms (LinkedIn, website, demos, presentations) • Ensure correct formats, aspect ratios, and output quality standards • Manage versioning of videos for different audiences and use cases5. Cross-Functional Collaboration• Work closely with Product, and Marketing teams to understand requirements • Iterate quickly based on feedback while maintaining quality standards • Contribute to improving scripts, visual direction, and overall communication clarityWhat Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months)• Consistent delivery of high-quality, structured video content across use cases • Clear and engaging product videos that reduce dependency on live explanations • Faster turnaround time through effective use of AI tools and workflows • Strong alignment between product messaging and video communication • Creation of a reusable video content library for multiple stakeholdersQualifications• 2 to 5 years of experience in video creation, editing, or multimedia production • Strong hands-on experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve • Demonstrated experience using AI-based video tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Synthesia, Descript) • Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual communication • Ability to work with minimal direction and deliver structured outputsPreferred: • Experience creating product, SaaS, or EdTech-related content • Exposure to motion graphics and basic animation • Familiarity with branding and visual consistency guidelines.Core Competencies• Structured visual thinking • Strong storytelling and narrative clarity • Attention to detail and output quality • Speed with discipline • Ability to balance AI-assisted and manual workflows • Ownership and accountabilityEqual Opportunity EmployerWe are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
