Korber Delivery Manager

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Körber (HighJump) WMS Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end implementation, support, and delivery of WMS solutions. The role requires strong expertise in warehouse operations, team leadership, and client engagement across retail/3PL environments.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end delivery of Körber WMS implementations and support projectsManage and mentor teams of consultants, developers, and support engineersDrive requirements gathering, solution design, and system configurationOversee integrations with ERP, OMS, and TMS systemsOptimize warehouse processes (inbound, outbound, inventory, labor)Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery with effective risk and stakeholder managementSupport pre-sales activities including solutioning and estimationsRequired Skills & Experience:8+ years of experience in WMS, with strong Körber (HighJump) expertiseProven track record of leading WMS implementations and support engagementsStrong understanding of warehouse and supply chain processes (Retail/3PL/eCommerce)Experience in configuration, customization, and system integrations (API/EDI)Excellent client-facing and leadership skills
