As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Territory Service Manager to join our family.What Your Role Entails A dynamic sales role focused on driving revenue growth by achieving sales targets and strengthening channel performance. The position involves expanding and nurturing channel partnerships, building strong relationships with architects, consultants, and PMCs, and increasing market share across customers and influencers. The role also emphasizes competitive market analysis, product training for partners, accurate sales forecasting, and effective debtor management to ensure sustainable business growth.What You’ll Do:1. Achieve sales target as per ABP and debitors management.2.Handling the existing Channels & Appointing new channels or new accounts and hand hold those accounts to generate constant business3.Develop relationship with Architects,Consultants & PMC to get more business4.Monitor Competition , provide information to the reporting manager and discuss to arrive at suitable action.5.Focus on enhancing the share of business from Channel / Customers / Influencers6.Sales Product training to the channel partners7.Accurate sales forecastingYour success is grounded in Educational Background: You should hold a BE or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.Experience: A proven track record of 5-10 years in Product Sales (VRF & Ductable).Technical Acumen: Your ability to understand technical aspects quickly will set you apart.Problem Solver: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are a must, as you’ll be addressing diverse challenges.Effective Communicator: We need a strong negotiator and communicator who can build rapport and influence decisions.Where you’ll be This role is based in Hyderabad, India.At Blue Star, you are not just another employee; you're part of a vibrant community that values innovation, dedication, and teamwork.
