The primary responsibilities will include initiating outbound calls to potential clients, introducing the company's services, assessing client needs, and managing all communications professionally. The Cold Caller will work towards generating leads, scheduling appointments, maintaining detailed call records, and consistently achieving performance metrics such as call targets and conversion rates. The individual will collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to identify opportunities and improve outreach strategies.QualificationsStrong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills for effectively engaging with potential clients.Proficiency in cold calling, objection handling, and establishing client rapport.Problem-solving abilities and a target-oriented mindset to meet and exceed performance goals.Technical knowledge of CRM software and basic familiarity with business communication tools.Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.Fluent in English and knowledge of regional languages is an asset.A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is advantageous.Salary : 8-10K
