In this role, you will:Build and deploy custom tokens and smart contracts.Introduce blockchain practices into AlienHouse Networks and document workflows for future scalability.Stay ahead of industry trends and guide us with the latest updates in Web3.Collaborate across teams to explore blockchain-based use cases aligned with business needs.Lay the foundation for a blockchain-focused team, with the opportunity to step into a leadership role as the division grows.RequirementsKnowledge of blockchain platforms (Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, etc.).Experience (academic/projects) in smart contract development (Solidity, Rust, etc.).Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to own and drive initiatives.Perks & Benefits
