This role involves configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting the Sterling platform to ensure efficient and secure data exchanges between business partners.Key Responsibilities:Platform Management: Manage and configure the IBM Sterling B2B Integrator platform to support business requirements.Integration Solutions: Develop and implement B2B integration solutions, including data transformation and mapping using various formats such as XML, EDI, and flat files.Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor integration processes and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless data exchangeTechnical Support: Provide technical support and training to internal teams on the use of IBM Sterling IntegratorCollaboration: Collaborate with business partners and internal teams to ensure smooth integration and communication.Compliance: Ensure data security and compliance with regulatory standards
