The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding while working closely with hiring managers to deliver timely, high-quality talent.This is a fully remote position, ideal for professionals who thrive in independent, results-driven setups and are familiar with virtual hiring tools, ATS systems, and remote work collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and customize search strategies.Source, screen, and interview candidates for active and pipeline roles across multiple functions.Build candidate pipelines via LinkedIn, job portals, and digital sourcing methods.Manage recruitment workflow on Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and maintain candidate records.Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring smooth candidate experience.Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth onboarding coordination with HR and management teams.Provide weekly recruitment updates and performance metrics.Stay informed about industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent market analytics.Handle multiple open positions while adhering to deadlines and quality benchmarks.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.6 months –3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a remote or agency setup.Proven exposure to sourcing mid-senior talent through online platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).Solid understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements.Experience using digital collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, ATS platforms).Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.High degree of organizational ability and self-motivation to work independently.Preferred SkillsExperience recruiting in industries such as IT, SaaS, Startups, or Consulting.Strong network of active and passive candidates.Familiarity with vendor coordination and bulk hiring drives.Knowledge of performance reporting and analytics-driven hiring.What We OfferFlexible remote work hours and result-focused environment.Opportunity to collaborate with a fast-paced, distributed HR team.Project-based compensation with extension potential.Exposure to global recruitment tools and methods.
