Our 750+ strong engineering team delivers high-impact solutions across Product and Data Engineering, with deep expertise in Agentic AI, GenAI, RPA, and Full-stack development.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and automate Collibra Data Intelligence Platform (DIP) for data quality, rules management, and data governance controls.Capture, maintain, and manage business, technical, and operational metadata for critical enterprise data assets.Establish and monitor end-to-end data lineage and perform impact analysis to support compliance, reporting, and analytics.Design and implement data governance workflows and automation within Collibra.Define and manage data glossaries, business terms, and stewardship models within the Collibra platform.Standardize data definitions, metadata models, and governance structures across the organization.Develop and maintain Collibra reports and dashboards to provide governance and data quality insights.Configure and manage data quality rules and monitoring processes in Collibra.Ensure alignment between metadata management, data quality frameworks, and governance policies.Collaborate with data owners, stewards, and business teams to drive enterprise data governance practices.Required Skills8+ years of experience in Data Governance and Metadata Management.Strong hands-on experience with Collibra Data Intelligence Platform (DIP) and Collibra Data Quality (DQ).Expertise in metadata management, data lineage, and impact analysis.Experience implementing data governance frameworks using Collibra.Strong experience with Collibra reporting and dashboards.Experience configuring Collibra workflows and governance processes.Good understanding of data governance policies, stewardship models, and compliance frameworks.Engagement DetailsCommitment: ~35 hours per week with predictable workload and clear deliverablesWork Model: 100% remote engagement from our sideCompensation: Monthly payouts with a transparent pay cycleTenure: Long-term engagement for high performers; continuity and stability assuredEligibility: Open only to professionals currently working in a full-time remote role (validated during screening)Growth: Opportunity to work on complex, high-impact products alongside senior engineering leadership
