The Engineer will design, develop, and implement blockchain protocols and secure financial systems. Responsibilities include coding, testing, and maintaining high-performance and scalable software solutions. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing applications, and ensuring compliance with security standards. Qualifications Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, C++, or RustExperience with blockchain development, including smart contracts, decentralized applications (DApps), and understanding of consensus algorithmsProficiency in database technologies and cloud platformsSolid foundation in algorithms, data structures, and software architectureCreate and maintain system design documentation effectivelyAbility to work independently and deliver results in a remote, collaborative, fast-paced environmentKnowledge of cryptography, security protocols, or FinTech systems is a strong advantageBachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
