You’ll lead the rearchitecture of the Global Search feature for a large-scale Sitecore platform powering multiple digital products. This role requires strong architectural vision, hands-on technical skills, and leadership ability to guide a development team through solution delivery.Key Responsibilities:Architect and deliver a new Search solution on the Sitecore platform.Lead and mentor a technical team through end-to-end implementation.Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs.Optimize performance, scalability, and maintainability of the Sitecore solution.Required Skills:10+ years of experience in Sitecore architecture and development.Strong expertise in Sitecore SXA, JSS, Headless, Content Serialization, and Sitecore Cloud.Proficient in C#, .NET Framework, NextJS, GraphQL, and PowerShell.Experience integrating Solr Search, external APIs, analytics, and marketing automation tools.Strong understanding of Agile/SCRUM, CI/CD, and cloud deployment strategies.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
