1. General description of the jobThe Voiceover Lead is an operations-focused role with client-facing responsibilities which is part of a team providing high-quality project management for VO coordination and owning day-to-day tasks designed to that end, ultimately ensuring client retention, satisfaction and revenue growth. The role also includes project management and team management, contributing to client relationship management and business development.2. Key responsibilities· Managing a team of VO coordinators, providing leadership and expertise within the team· Distributing workload by themselves or with the help of the Adaptation & Production Director.· Building and maintenance of quality standards in VO output· Owning project delivery as well as contributing to building and maintaining the client relationship, organising and leading meetings as an SME if required· Mentoring, motivating and supervising team members in all aspects of the voiceover project management delivery, this includes:1. Assessing requirements, querying briefs, gathering media plans, usage channel and duration details, preferred talent details, timeline planning, quoting and scheduling.2. Monitoring and tracking of usage expirations and extensions3. Negotiation with studios/talents4. Liasing with Publicis Business Affairs team on talent contracts5. Building and demonstrating clear understanding of our end client’s brands and the various tones of voice.6. Coordinating client feedback on edits7. QC for final checks on localised assets before final delivery8. Ensuring all admin tasks are completed on time, including reconciliation of costs· Taking the lead in complex VO projects and performing quality assurance when needed· Full responsibility for the team performance: participating in interviews, organising inductions, evaluating performance and taking corrective action, leading team meetings, identifying training needs, approving holidays, recording sick leave and other team related tasks· Creating, running or analysing various operational reports for Operations Management as and when needed· Collaborating with other departments and other team leads3. Job Requirements and Qualifications· Strong oral and written English skills – at least C1· Strong experience in creative Voiceover production and/or media industries· Minimum of 4-5+ years of project/account management experience taking brief to/from creative agencies and client stakeholders in advertising production services with a specific focus on voiceover needs· 3-5 years+ people management experience· Bachelor degree or equivalent· Excellent computer literacy including advanced Microsoft Office skills· Experience in an international multicultural environment will be considered a plus· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills· Comfortable attending remote client briefing meetings if required· Excellent team player working very closely with internal stakeholder to coor
