We are looking for a sharp, system-driven HR & Operations Manager to lead our team of 60+ professionals.Key Responsibilities:• Strategic Team Management: Directing a 60+ member workforce across Sourcing, Sales, Accounts, and Import Documentation teams.• Performance Tracking: Implementing KPIs for sales and operations staff to ensure targets are met and exceeded.• Payroll & Biometrics: Managing automated attendance and error-free payroll for a large-scale setup.• Compliance & KYC: Ensuring 100% documentation for all staff, including specialized staff for Customs & Phyto-sanitary (PHO) clearances.• Corporate Culture: Transitioning our Mandi operations into a professional corporate environment with a strict Code of Conduct.• Recruitment: Sourcing high-quality talent for specialized roles in International Procurement and Regional Distribution.Candidate Requirements:• Experience: 4–7 years in HR/Operations (Direct experience in Import-Export Houses, Logistics, or FMCG is mandatory).• Skills: Expertise in MS Excel (Advanced), Tally, and HR Software.
