Our mission is to empower firm leaders by providing capital, operational support, technology, and strategic guidance—helping firms scale while preserving their independence and culture.One of our Partner Firms is seeking an experienced Client Accounting Services Senior Associate to support and expand its growing practice.The ideal candidate will have at least five 5 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping and demonstrate a strong working knowledge of general ledger maintenance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, ACH and wire transfers, bank reconciliations, and preparation of accurate trial balances. This role requires a strong communicator who can work effectively with both clients and a U.S.-based engagement team.Key ResponsibilitiesWork as an effective team member to accurately complete client engagements and assigned tasks, including:Manage all aspects of day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, journal entries, and bank reconciliations, in accordance with GAAPDownload, categorize, and reconcile banking and credit card transactions in QuickBooks, leveraging available automation and technology toolsPrepare bank reconciliations and reconcile all balance sheet accountsPrepare monthly journal entries and support month-end close proceduresPrepare quarterly and annual payroll reportsPrepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statementsPrepare partnership and s-corporation tax returnsSkills RequiredAbility to build strong working relationships with clients to gather information and resolve issueseffectivelyStrong documentation skills, with the ability to identify discrepancies and proactively resolve problemsAbility to identify and communicate client and engagement issues, as well as status updates, in a timely and organized mannerDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team to complete engagements accuratelyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsApproaches projects with a strong sense of urgency, ownership, and accountabilityHighly motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environmentOutstanding analytical, organizational, and project management skillsQualifications3–5 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience requiredAssociate or Bachelor’s degree requiredExperience working in a mid-size public accounting firm preferredPrior experience working for a U.S.-based firm requiredSoftware proficiency including QuickBooks (Online and Desktop), Excel, and CCH Engagement
