Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst (Contractor)

As the FP&A Analyst, you will help evaluate strategic financial decisions across the company by leveraging strong analytical skills, the ability to work with large datasets, and broadcast insights clearly to stakeholders company-wide. Essential Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesPartner with the Director, FP&A to conduct detailed variance analysis on revenues, expenses, and margins for both prior year and budget comparisons across multiple entities and on a consolidated basisAssist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packages for Senior LeadershipAnalyze data to highlight actionable insightsAssist with data transformation from NetSuite and Odoo and ensure data integrity across reportsMaintain and improve financial reporting processesCreate reporting dashboards leveraging PowerBI to help visualize performanceAid in the creation and management of the annual budgetProvide Ad-Hoc analysis as required by the finance teamEducation and Experience3 – 5 years’ experience in Finance and/or AccountingRelevant college degree.Experience with detailed variance analysisNetSuite/Odoo experience a plus.Skills and AbilitiesStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsHighly proficient Excel user
