This role blends digital marketing execution with administrative responsibilities, including managing RFP submissions and contract documentation. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working across departments to ensure smooth operations and brand consistency.Key Responsibilities:Digital Marketing (40%)Develop and schedule content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)Assist in email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and website updatesMonitor analytics and generate performance reports (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)Coordinate with designers and vendors for marketing collateralSupport SEO and SEM initiativesAdministrative Support (20%)Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare agendasMaintain digital filing systems and organize documentationAssist with travel arrangements and expense reportingProvide general office support and liaise with vendorsRFP Management (20%)Track and respond to RFP opportunities in collaboration with sales and technical teamsPrepare and format proposal documents, ensuring compliance with submission guidelinesMaintain a repository of proposal templates and boilerplate contentCoordinate internal reviews and approvals before submissionContract Coordination (20%)Draft, review, and manage contracts and agreements with clients and vendorsEnsure timely renewals and compliance with contractual obligationsMaintain contract database and version controlLiaise with legal and finance teams for approvals and risk assessmentsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field2+ years of experience in digital marketing, administrative support, or contract management2+ years of experience managing recruitment administrative tasksProficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, HubSpot, or SalesforceStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesFamiliarity with RFP processes and contract lifecycle management is a plusPreferred Skills:Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, )Knowledge of CRM and CMS platformsBasic understanding of legal terminology and procurement processes
