The role involves hiring, building, and leading a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs), ensuring the performance of Fashion Advisors, and achieving sales targets If you’re a proven leader who thrives on building teams, driving performance, and scaling new business models — we’d love to meet you. Your Role: Oversee the entire regional sales function and performance. Hire, manage and mentor  Business Development Managers  and their field teams. Drive revenue growth through structured expansion and data-driven sales strategies. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align regional goals. You Are: A results-oriented professional with  5+ years of sales leadership experience  (FMCG, insurance, or retail preferred). Skilled in  team building, target achievement, and market development .
