Locations: Tamil NaduWork Mode: Work From Home (Hybrid – Remote + Field Visits)Employment Type: Full-timeDepartment: MedEd (Medical Education Division)Role Overview:We are seeking Sales Development Executives (SDEs) to drive student engagement and enrollments for our MedEd programs in Assam, Bihar, and Karnataka. This hybrid role blends remote calling with on-ground visits to medical colleges, helping students discover and enroll in PW’s medical education programs. You’ll play a vital role in expanding our reach among MBBS students and supporting their journey to success.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting- Identify and connect with MBBS students across medical colleges and universities in your region. - Conduct periodic field visits to campuses, libraries, and student communities. - Execute structured calling campaigns and convert leads into active prospects. - Manage and update leads in the company CRM system.Sales & Conversions- Present and explain PW MedEd course offerings to students (pricing ₹5,000–₹30,000). - Demonstrate platform features and course benefits effectively. - Achieve individual annual revenue target of ₹2 Crore through enrollments.Relationship Building- Build strong connections with students, college representatives, and medical associations. - Represent PW at local academic events, seminars, and student fairs. - Provide personalized guidance and post-enrollment support to students.Reporting & Coordination- Maintain accurate daily sales records in CRM. - Submit reports on leads, conversions, and market insights. - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support regional campaigns.Required QualificationsEducation:- Graduate in any discipline.Experience:- 1-2 years in sales or business development (preferably in EdTech, medical, or education sector). - Freshers with strong communication and persuasion skills are welcome.Technical Skills:- Basic computer proficiency & CRM usage knowledge. - Familiarity with online learning and digital platforms preferred.Core Competencies- Excellent communication and presentation skills (English or regional language). - Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with hybrid working. - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building ability. - Willingness to travel within the assigned region occasionally.What We Offer- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives. - Opportunity to grow rapidly within India’s top medical education platform. - Dynamic, collaborative, and growth-focused work culture. - Work-from-home flexibility with occasional field interaction.Interested candidates can apply us at
