We’re Hiring: Project Manager – Civil (PEB / Structural Projects)Location: Initially in Bihar (Transferable anywhere in India based on project requirements)Employment Type: Full-timeWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager (Civil) with strong execution capabilities in industrial, warehouse, infrastructure, and structural projects. If you have a proven track record of delivering projects successfully while managing teams, clients, and vendors — we would like to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers, identifying opportunities for account growth.• Work in partnership with internal Project Managers to ensure seamless project execution.• Understand project plans, specifications, and requirements, assisting contractors with project planning, scheduling, and operational phases.• Participate in project design calls as required and coordinate project processes.• Assist in inventory procurement and management.• Utilize vendors as a technical resource for material recommendations and specifications.• Collaborate with architects and engineers to clarify drawings, specifications, and necessary addendums.• Act as a technical and commercial resource for architects, engineers, and general contractors on budget pricing.Project Scope:•Managing multiple projects across various locations (not restricted to a single project site).Experience & Qualification:• Experience: 7+ Years• Education: B.Tech in Civil EngineeringKey Selection Criteria- Project Handling ExperienceManaged projects of 30,000+ sqft size.Experience handling projects valued at ₹10 Cr+.- Project VolumeManaged 5+ small-scale projects.Managed 2+ large-scale projects.- Geographical CoverageExperience handling projects across multiple states / regions.- Client HandlingExperience working with major clients such as L&T, Oil & Refinery Plants, Metro Projects, etc.- Industry ExposureExperience in industrial facilities, logistics parks, warehouses, metro stations, bridges, or similar infrastructure projects.- Execution CapabilityHands-on experience in both fabrication and erection of structural systems.- Team LeadershipExperience leading teams of 15+ employees.- Vendor & Contractor ManagementNegotiation experience with fabricators, erectors, and suppliers.- Timeline ManagementAbility to deliver projects within deadlines and budget constraints.- Compliance & SafetyKnowledge of ISO 9001, EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety), and statutory approvals.- Site ChallengesAbility to resolve site challenges such as weather delays, logistics issues, and manpower constraints.- Software ProficiencyWorking knowledge of AutoCAD, Tekla, MS Project, Primavera, SAP, or ERP tools.- Materials & ProcurementFamiliarity with steel grades, coatings, and procurement of PEB materials.- Reporting & DocumentationExperience in MIS reporting, DPR (Daily Progress Reports), and client updates.Critical Factors• Willingness to travel to different project locations across India when required.• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering preferred (Construction Management background is a plus).• Strong work ethic, ownership mindset, and commitment to project success.Apply NowSend your resume to talent@Call / WhatsApp: 8925994092If you meet the above criteria and are ready to take on challenging projects, we encourage you to apply.
