Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Ambassador Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) based in Darbhanga. The Ambassador CRO will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through efficient service, resolving customer queries, and ensuring satisfaction. They will act as a key point of contact for customers, building and maintaining positive relationships. The role will also involve cross-selling recommended products and services, managing customer escalations, and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards. Qualifications Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Problem-solving ability paired with a solutions-oriented mindset Basic knowledge of technology, digital platforms, and operational tools Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to team goals Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and organizational skills Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred Familiarity with the telecommunications industry is an advantage Proficiency in English and local languages Graduate or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and customer needs
