Level - Assistant General Manager / Deputy General ManagerExperience - 20 Yrs in Cement / Steel / Metal Mining PlantQualification - BE Mines ( first class Mines Manager certificate by DGMS)Job Knowledge:Dispatch of targeted Quantity and quality of limestone to plant1. Co-ordinate Mining operation team and HEMM team to achieve the targeted production of limestone with desired quality at the OP cost.2. Take cost saving and efficiency improvement Initiatives.Handling of Targeted ROM1. Co-ordinate Mines Team to achieve ROM target as per the Operating Plan.2. Plan for Monsoon including dewatering, limestone stacking, construction of garland drains, maintaining HI grade boulders Stock.3. Ensure proper Daily, weekly and monthly planning to achieve production targets.Removal of overburden in mines1. Track OB removal quantity as per the planned stripping ratio.2. Ensure no deviation from the Approved Mining Plan.Overall safety in mines1. Ensure compliance of provisions of DGMS, IBM, PESO and MOEF.as well as HM guidelines.Supporting all the activities related to work in Mines1. Perform Jobs related to reclamation & rehabilitation. Liasioning work with local villagers, land looser. Execution of work related to CSR activity.2. Tackle IR and local issues in order to maintain good relations with local community.3. Ensure sufficient measures taken for dust suppression.Key Performance Indicators1.Limestone production (crushed) 45.00 Lakh Tonne @ 95 LSF and @ Rs 178/tn2. ROM Production 53 LT.3.H&S KPI Action.(Functional Specific H&S action plan outlined in Year 2026.4. Development work HOB-3 lakh cubic meter,SOB 2 Lakh cubic meter.5.Mines operational efficiencies. Diesel consumption LPT =0.5 @ ROM ;Excavator TPH= 450;Dumper TPH= 80; tyre cost per MT=1.256.Sweetner consumption = 15 %7.Operation control ,Loss of company property Due to fire(b). Due to accidental damages (c).prolonged stoppages for accidental damages (d).Number of accidental damages.8. Reduction in Nos of road Jam by villagers.9. Reduction in Airborne dust issues.10. Water level at sump less than 2.6 meter at any point of time to be maintained.11. Nos of safety improvement Initiatives taken.
