Job Title: Production Executive (Pharma) Location: Daman Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc. Experience: 7+ years in pharmaceutical production Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day production operations, ensuring timely and efficient manufacturing Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and environmental regulations Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain product quality Monitor and control production schedules, inventory levels, and raw material usage Lead, train, and supervise the production team to achieve performance goals Implement corrective and preventive actions to address production issues and improve workflows Review BMR, BPR, Master Formula Records, and Master Packing Records Prepare SOPs for manufacturing and packing; provide SOP training to subordinates and new joiners Ensure compliance during regulatory audits, inspections, and internal quality audits Maintain strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements, and pharma manufacturing processes
