Strong understanding of Market Research and Trends, along with Marketing and Promotional Campaign management skills. Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills. Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and motivate a sales team effectively. Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities with a goal-driven approach. Proficiency in CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office applications. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required; MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred. Previous experience in real estate or related industries will be considered an advantage.
