Warehouse executive Inbound

The Warehouse Executive - Inbound is responsible for managing and overseeing all inbound logistics activities, including receiving, inspecting, and stocking of goods. This role ensures efficient handling of incoming shipments while maintaining inventory accuracy and warehouse organization. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate the receipt of incoming shipments, ensuring proper documentation and quality checks. Verify goods against purchase orders, invoices, and packing lists to ensure accuracy. Perform quality inspections on received goods and report any discrepancies or damages. Ensure compliance with warehouse policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures. Manage proper storage of goods to maximize space utilization and minimize damage. Maintain accurate records of inbound inventory transactions in the (WMS). Coordinate with procurement, suppliers, and transport teams for timely and efficient inbound logistics. Assist in inventory audits and cycle counting to ensure stock accuracy. Requirements: Bachelor degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in inbound logistics. Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines. Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in warehouse management. Experience in the warehousing and supply chain, similar industry preferred. Familiarity with ERP systems and automated warehouse processes.
