Build and maintain partnerships with manufacturing, IT, and other industry sectors for internships, placements, and training. Identify and approach new companies for tie-ups and collaborations. Coordinate campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and employer visits. Maintain database of recruiters, vacancies, and student placement records. Align student skills with industry requirements through workshops and orientation sessions. Act as a liaison between students, training teams, and employers. Ensure placement targets and MoUs with industries are achieved. Provide feedback from industry to improve curriculum and training programs Ensure all processes are running smoothly and efficiently. Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to evaluate performance. Prepare and manage budgets for operational departments. Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency. Lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams. Conduct performance reviews, training, and skill development initiatives. Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members. Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and industry compliance requirements. Implement systems to monitor quality and initiate corrective actions as needed. Collaborate with senior management to set performance objectives and business targets. Candidate from Placement & Industry Tie-up ( Ed tech ) background will be preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹50, ₹60,000.00 per month
