Roles and Responsibilities Deliver high-quality teaching to undergraduate and postgraduate students in ENT, implementing best educational practices. Supervise and mentor students and junior faculty members in clinical practice and academic research projects. Lead and participate in departmental research activities, contributing to innovations and advancements in otolaryngology. Oversee and perform diagnostic and therapeutic ENT procedures as part of clinical responsibilities. Develop and update curricula, lecture materials, and assessment methods to align with current industry standards and advancements. Engage in academic administration tasks, including organizing seminars, workshops, and clinical case discussions. Collaborate with hospital staff and other academic departments for inter-disciplinary teaching and research programs. Maintain up-to-date records of academic and clinical activities as per institutional policies and regulatory guidelines.
