DescriptionWe are looking for a customer-focused and experienced Senior Desk Officer (SDO) to support branch banking operations and deliver high-quality service to walk-in customers. The SDO will play a key role in servicing clients across segments, resolving queries, and supporting the Service Officer as needed.
