Role OverviewOwn end-to-end social execution across multiple projects (podcasts, reels, stories, carousels, campaign posts). You’ll turn business goals into content plans, produce at speed, and use AI where it helps—without sacrificing taste or brand voice.What You’ll Do- Concept → Calendar → Publish: Develop multi-format content ideas and monthly calendars across brands; align with sales/launch goals. - Podcast & Video: Plan episode angles, write outlines/scripts, create shorts/reels/snippets, publish with titles, tags, and thumbnails. - Reels/Stories/Carousels: Storyboard, write hooks/CTAs, coordinate assets, post natively, and manage community replies/DMs. - Performance Loop: Track metrics (reach, ER, watch time, saves, CTR, leads), A/B test hooks/edits/cover frames, iterate weekly. - AI-Assisted Workflow: Use AI for ideation, outlines, caption variants, cut-downs, transcripts, basic image/video cleanup, and posting automations. - Cross-Functional: Sync with design, brand, and sales to support launches, webinars, offers, and creator collabs. - Repurposing Engine: Turn long-form (podcasts, webinars) into shorts, threads, carousels, email snippets, and blog summaries. - Influencer/UGC Support: Source creators/guests, draft briefs, track deliverables and usage rights - Governance: Maintain brand voice guides, asset libraries, content trackers, and a simple approval workflow.Must-Have Skills- Proven, execution-heavy social experience across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn (portfolio/handles required). - Strong short-video instincts (hooks, pacing, retention) and clean copy for captions/CTAs. - Hands-on with CapCut/Premiere, Canva/Adobe, scheduling tools, and basic audio cleanup. - Comfortable with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT for drafts, Descript/Whisper for transcripts, CapCut auto-captions, Midjourney/Firefly for ideation). - Metrics-driven; can read analytics and change course quickly. - Excellent organization: run multiple brand calendars without dropping balls.Nice to Have- Podcast production experience (remote recording flows, show notes, RSS management). - Basic paid coordination (boosting best posts, creative specs for performance marketing)
