Aftermarket Sales

Key Responsibilities: Evaluate incoming quotation requests in the quotation system. Prepare quotations for Pump AM requests such as spare parts, SPIR, and upgrades. Review and analyze technical specifications (drawings, material specs, history, etc.). Prepare proposals in a fast-paced environment, managing pricing components and technical reviews. Determine cost and sales price using internal tools, systems, technical insight, and supplier quotes. Explore alternate solutions in collaboration with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Engineering, Planning). Engage with customers, Sales, and Operations on technical issues and attend queries. Ensure SAP approval before receiving orders. Maintain and update proposal logs in a timely manner. Support off‑site customer project presentations and kickoff meetings.Requirements: Must have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. 1–2 years of experience in Commercial Operations or internal quoting roles within an industrial equipment manufacturer (Pumps OR Valves) Mandatory Knowledge of centrifugal pumps, rotating equipment, metallurgy, material specifications, inventory control, and basic sales cycle concepts is an added advantage. Strong proficiency in IT tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and ERP systems. Strong problem‑solving ability, with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively across international teams. Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and perform well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
