About the Role As a Pre-Sales Executiveyou will be the first point of contact for potential homebuyers. Your role involves engaging with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, sharing project details, and coordinating with the sales team to convert leads into successful site visits and bookings. You’ll play a key part in creating a positive first impression and driving sales growth through effective communication and follow-ups.Responsibilities Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client follow-up and conversion. Maintain and update lead databases (CRM) accurately. Engage with potential buyers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp campaigns. Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and digital platforms. Support the sales team by preparing proposals and follow-up reports.Qualifications Graduate in any discipline 0–3 years of experience in pre-sales / telecalling / customer service (real estate experience preferred).Required Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and follow-up ability.
