Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Field Sales & Cash Collection Executive Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Field Sales & Cash Collection Executive to join our team. The primary focus will be on achieving sales targets through active field sales activities and ensuring timely collection of payments from customers. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage cash collections efficiently while maintaining strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular in-field sales activities to promote and sell products/services. Identify and develop potential customer leads to expand the client base. Achieve assigned sales targets consistently. Collect payments from customers in person or via other agreed methods. Ensure all collections are processed accurately and on time. Follow up with customers for overdue payments and resolve payment issues. Maintain detailed records of sales, collections, and customer interactions. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, collections, and customer feedback to the manager. Coordinate with the support team for order processing and delivery. Develop and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Qualifications: Prior experience in field sales and cash collection preferred. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and planning abilities. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Basic knowledge of financial transactions and cash handling. Skills: Persuasive and customer-oriented approach. Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Target-driven with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
