If you're passionate about sales and innovation, we’d love to have you onboard.  Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (Involves travel to client locations)  Employment Type: Full-Time   Experience Level: 1-3 years We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Sales Executive with a strong track record and a genuine passion to bridge the gap between technology and customers, and drive product adoption in textile hubs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales by targeting new prospects and cultivating existing customer relationships to achieve high renewal rates and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Understand and demonstrate our products to potential clients.  - Identify and engage potential customers across locations.  - Conduct on-site product demos, explain technical details, and showcase ROI. - Generate leads through field visits, networking, and industry associations. - Work closely with the technical/product team to provide customer feedback for improvements. - Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals. - Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure post-sale support handover. - Achieve sales targets and contribute to market expansion. - Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements. Required Skills  - Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Textile Technology , or related field. - 1–3 years of experience in technical sales / B2B sales (preferably in industrial automation, textile machinery, or software solutions). - Strong understanding of automation, sensors, AI applications, or textile processes (training will be provided). - Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is a plus). - Ability to travel frequently to client locations across Tamil Nadu. - Self-driven, persuasive, and comfortable working in a startup environment. Preferred Qualifications - Knowledge of the Indian market and customer preferences. - Familiarity with CRM and sales management tools. - Previous experience in Textile technology is a plus.  - Language proficiency in multiple languages to cater to a diverse customer base.
