About the Role: We’re looking for a Founding Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our early team and play a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market strategy. This is not your typical SDR position — you’ll wear multiple hats: building sales processes, creating collateral, generating pipeline, and designing the way we engage with prospects and customers. If you have experience selling managed services, enterprise support, or IT services, and you’re excited about building something from the ground up, this role is for you. What You’ll Do: Build Sales Infrastructure Design and implement the full sales development process, from outreach to qualification and handoff. Create scalable playbooks, scripts, and outreach cadences. Develop collateral (e.g., demo videos) that clearly showcase the value of our services. Lead Generation & Outreach Research and identify potential customers in IT, enterprise, and services markets. Drive outbound campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate qualified opportunities. Test and optimize different messaging and channels to find repeatable growth levers. Inbound Lead Management Serve as the first point of contact for inbound leads. Qualify prospects and ensure smooth handoff to founders or account executives. Optimize the inbound funnel for speed and conversion. Collaboration & Feedback Work closely with founders to refine positioning and go-to-market strategy. Capture customer insights and feedback to influence service offerings and roadmap. Track metrics, analyze results, and continuously refine processes. What We’re Looking For: 1–3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or a related role. Proven success in selling managed services, enterprise support, or IT services. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and create structure where none exists. Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and experimentation. Comfortable with building processes and workflows from scratch. Desire to grow into a leadership role as the team scales.
