Job Title: Fresher Marketing Executive (Onsite Marketing) Department: Marketing Reports To: Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Executive Location: (City, State) Job Type: Full-time Job Overview We are looking for a Fresher Marketing Executive to support our onsite marketing activities . This role is ideal for candidates who are energetic, confident, and interested in meeting clients directly, promoting services, and building strong business relationships. The candidate will work closely with the marketing team to support field visits, client interactions, promotional activities, and lead generation. Key Responsibilities Visit client locations, businesses, and prospects for direct marketing activities Promote company services directly to customers and explain offerings clearly Generate new leads through field visits, direct meetings, and reference networks Build and maintain good relationships with clients and prospective customers Distribute brochures, pamphlets, and marketing materials during visits Conduct market visits to understand customer needs and competitor activities Follow up with potential clients and update the status regularly Assist in organizing onsite promotional activities, campaigns, and events Coordinate with internal teams for client requirements and follow-ups Prepare daily visit reports and submit lead/update details to the reporting manager Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in any discipline Freshers can apply Good communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel locally for field marketing activities Confident, proactive, and target-oriented approach Basic knowledge of marketing and customer handling Ability to build rapport with clients Two-wheeler and valid driving license will be an added advantage Known Languages Tamil English Benefits Competitive salary package Travel allowance / field support, if applicable Paid time off and holidays Career growth opportunities How to Apply Interested candidates can send their resume to or contact
