Performance Marketer

We are a results-driven marketing team passionate about delivering high-ROI campaigns for e-commerce brands, service-based businesses, and lead generation projects . We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage and scale campaigns across Meta, Google, and other paid channels. Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital channels for both e-commerce sales and lead generation . Manage daily budgets, track KPIs, and ensure campaigns meet ROI/ROAS/CPL goals. Conduct testing on creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and audience targeting. Collaborate with designers, content teams, and web developers for high-performing ads and landing pages. Implement and optimize funnels, retargeting campaigns, and conversion tracking. Analyze campaign performance and prepare actionable weekly/monthly reports. Stay updated with the latest performance marketing trends, tools, and platform changes. Qualifications 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads for both e-commerce and lead generation campaigns. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Google Tag Manager, and Ads Manager dashboards. Experience with landing page optimization and lead funnels is a plus. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines. Strong communication and reporting skills.
