As part of this initiative, we are seeking an experienced GCP Data Engineer to help design, build, and scale cloud-native data solutions while collaborating closely with analytics, AI/ML, and business stakeholders.This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, comfortable owning infrastructure and pipelines end-to-end, and able to communicate clearly in a global, distributed environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)Work across the full GCP ecosystem, including services such as BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, and ComposerDevelop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform (writing from scratch, not just modifying existing modules)Partner with analytics, data science, and business teams to support reporting, AI/ML, and GenAI use casesEnsure data reliability, performance, security, and cost efficiencyContribute to cloud architecture decisions and best practicesCommunicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across regionsRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong hands-on experience as a GCP Data EngineerDeep understanding of the GCP data ecosystemProven experience building Terraform IaC from scratchSolid programming experience in PythonExperience supporting AI/ML or GenAI workloads in a data platform environmentStrong communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholdersExperience working in large, enterprise or complex data environmentsNice to HaveExposure to MLOps or ML platform supportExperience with CI/CD pipelines in cloud environmentsPrior experience working with globally distributed teamsBackground in supply chain, manufacturing, or enterprise data platformsWhy ApplyLong-term contract with extension potentialEnterprise-scale data platform and modern cloud stackOpportunity to support AI/ML and GenAI initiativesFully remote role with flexible working environment
